Refunds and Returns Policy

Physical CD Shipments:

Contact us via email within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of your CDs if you decide for any reason that you would like a refund.

You will be issued a return authorization number when requested. Print your return authorization number on your package before shipping.

Within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your return authorization number, return all nine CDs in their original condition via the shipping method of your choice to us.

Upon receipt of all nine CDs we will refund your original purchase price (minus any shipping and handling charges) thru PayPal. The refund will be credited back to your original form of payment used during purchase.

PC Version:

Once a registration key is created and sent to you, refunds will not be given.

Refunds will be given for persons that have purchased the PC version and have not been given a registration key yet.

Those that purchased the CD/PC combination package will be refunded $10.00 for the PC program.

For those that qualify for a refund, we will refund your original purchase price thru PayPal. The refund will be credited back to your original form of payment used during purchase.
