Audio Army Study Guide Help!

Audio will not play:

Okay, lets start easy. No offence intended to anyone....but after years of helping folks troubleshoot systems, you work on a ploblem for hours, and then you ask them an obvious question like...are your speakers on? The silence after that... then they reply, *&^%, no they are not.

Are speakers on, volume up, and do they make sounds in other applications?

Audio Army Study Guide 2.0 utilizes mp3 based files to deliver CD quiality audio while maintaining the smallest file size possible. Most Windows systems have the "decoders" or codecs for mp3s already loaded on them. If for some reason the audio is not playing you may try the following:

Ensure that your Windows/Internet Explorer/Windows Media Player installations are up to date.

Intall the latest mp3 decoder. A copy of the Fraunhofer IIS MPEG Layer-3 decoder is available for download from our website via this link. After installation you must restart your system. Do not just log off and back on, restart.

If these measures do not work, please email admin@audioarmystudyguide.com and we will attempt to work you through your problem. Please include your operating system with service pack number and Internet Explorer version.
